Snapshots depicting scenes from the leisure and working life of Dick Faulkner, a cowboy associated with Todos Santos Ranch,
near Casmalia in Santa Barbara County. Faulkner is depicted riding and breaking horses, working in a corral, and with family
and friends in various locations in California and elsewhere. Includes some scenes of teamster scraping near Turlock. Others
depicted include Dick's wife Ethel Faulkner, Purvis Faulkner (aka Pete Faulkner, or Petey Faulkner), Glen Dunlap, Jess Rosa,
Sal King, Ethel King, and many other cowboys and ranch workers. Faulkner's dog Coaly also appears in many photographs. Many
scenes are at Todos Santos Ranch. Other identified locations include Ocean Beach near Casmalia; Hearst Castle; Yosemite Valley;
Merced; Santa Anita Racetrack; Johnstown and Ainsworth, Nebraska; and Lost Springs, Wyoming.
